First, the preparation stage

Check the model: Make sure the first aid care training model is in good working order and all functional components are intact.

Prepare tools: Prepare all necessary first aid equipment and tools, such as first aid kits, gloves, masks, and oxygen masks.

Setting up the environment: Simulate a real first aid environment, ensure that the training area is spacious and safe, and prepare the necessary auxiliary facilities.

Second, simulation scene setting

Select scenario: Select the appropriate simulation scenario according to the training objective, such as cardiac arrest, airway infarction, trauma bleeding, etc.

Set parameters: Set the vital signs parameters of the model according to the scene, such as heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, etc., to simulate the real condition.

3. Start training

Assessment of the condition: Students need to evaluate the condition of the model first, including the observation of the state of consciousness, breathing, pulse and other indicators.

First aid: According to the evaluation results, students should take appropriate first aid measures, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), hemostasis, bandaging, etc.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) : Train according to the standard operating procedures of CPR, including chest compressions and rescue breathing. Pay attention to the depth of the press (at least 5 cm), the frequency (100-120 times per minute) and the amount of air blown (about 1.5-2 seconds per blow).

Hemostasis: For trauma bleeding, students need to use the correct methods of hemostasis training, such as direct pressure, elevation of the injured limb.

Dressing: When dressing the wound, pay attention to the use of clean dressing and correct dressing method to avoid too tight or too loose.

Observe the feedback: During the training process, students should pay close attention to the changes in the vital signs of the model, and adjust the first aid measures in time according to the feedback of the model.

Iv. Summary and feedback

Evaluation operation: After the training, the trainees' operation is evaluated, including the accuracy, proficiency and coping ability of the operation.

Feedback and suggestions: Based on the evaluation results, give students specific feedback and suggestions to help them improve their shortcomings.

Learn from the experience: Participants are required to review the training process, review their own strengths and weaknesses in the operation, and think about how to apply these experiences to the actual work.

Through the training of the above steps, medical staff can continuously improve their first aid skills and coping ability in the simulated first aid environment, and be fully prepared for the first aid work in the real environment.
