The operation norms of the venous intervention training model aim to help trainees master the correct venipuncture and intervention techniques and enhance their clinical operation skills in a safe and realistic environment. Before operation, the integrity of the model should be checked first to ensure the patency of the venous system, and relevant instruments such as puncture needles, guide wires, catheters and syringes should be prepared. Operators must strictly follow aseptic operation norms, wear gloves and keep the operation area clean to avoid contamination.

In the actual practice, trainees need to select the appropriate puncture site based on the anatomical landmarks provided by the model, fix the blood vessel, hold the needle and insert it, and pay attention to the control of the Angle and depth. When blood return is observed, the guide wire should be promptly inserted. Then, the puncture needle should be removed and the catheter placed along the guide wire. Finally, the catheter should be properly fixed and sealed. During the training process, one should repeatedly experience the tactile sensation of puncturing the vascular wall and the smoothness of the guide wire passing through to enhance the sensitivity to clinical practical operations.

After the operation is completed, the model should be cleaned and maintained, including flushing the vascular channels and disinfecting the exterior, to extend the model's service life. By adhering to the norms, trainees can not only repeatedly practice the key steps but also gradually improve their technical proficiency and operational safety, laying a solid foundation for future clinical intravenous interventional therapy.

In addition, repeated operation training helps cultivate the operator's sense of touch and spatial perception, reducing blindness and risks in clinical operations. Through simulation exercises, not only can technical proficiency be enhanced, but also emergency response capabilities can be strengthened, providing a strong guarantee for clinical safety and the interests of patients.
